I recently read in New York Times that in order to win in the upper echelon of doggy shows, your dog has to have a campaign. A low figure for a puppy campaign is $100,000 a year, and one owner admits her dog's campaign was $700,000 for three years. Sometimes a dog is jointly owned by several loaded people, and the dog lives at a kennel. These people apparently see themselves as puppy groupies, who just support the dogs at their shows.
And some days I feel like there's something seriously wrong with the world.

I knew it!! All those dogs shows are causing our bad economy! Someone needs to tell Obama!!
IF I had the money, I wouldn't do THAT.
I'd only vote for Killer Muffin.
